Prompts you can take and use
Same task, different wording, real outputs side by side. Copy them or download them
Open the libraryQuote the source on every row
For summaries and extraction: make every claim traceable so you can verify the output in seconds
Output a table whose last column is "Source line": quote, word for word, the sentence that supports the row. If no sentence supports a row, leave the row out.
No guessing: give blanks a legal answer
Append to any "extract fields from a source" prompt so the model stops inventing values
If the source doesn't state a 〈field, e.g. owner, deadline, amount〉, write "TBD" — do not guess. Anything still undecided is not a conclusion: list it under "Open questions", with who needs to answer.
Meeting notes to a trackable to-do list
Turn messy meeting notes into a to-do list a team lead can chase, without the AI inventing deadlines or owners
You're helping a 4-person marketing team turn their weekly meeting notes into a to-do list they can act on tomorrow. The reader is the team lead, who will use it to chase progress. Rules: 1. Use a table: Task | Owner | Deadline | Source line from the notes 2. If the notes don't name an owner or deadline, write "TBD" — do not guess 3. Anything still undecided (e.g. date, budget) is not a task: list it separately under "Open questions", with who needs to answer 4. End with one sentence of self-check: is any item something you inferred that isn't in the notes? Meeting notes: <<< 〈paste notes〉 >>>
